RX4 Wild Sauna Waiver

This is a release of liability, waiver of certain legal rights, and acknowledgment of risks. By signing this form, you agree to the terms stated below. Please read carefully before signing.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS

I understand and acknowledge that participation in the activities involving sauna ("RX4 Activities") involves inherent risks, dangers, and hazards, including but not limited to:

  • Slippery surfaces caused by water, ice, or other substances.

  • Exposure to extreme hot temperatures.

  • Increased internal body temperature.

  • Contact with hot equipment.

  • Collisions or contact with other persons or objects.

  • Exposure to airborne illnesses or transmittable diseases.

  • Defects or weaknesses in the design, construction, repair, or modification of equipment.

  • Other visible or invisible natural or man-made hazards in or around the activity area.

  • Foreseeable and unforeseeable risks that contribute to the unpredictability of the activities.

I acknowledge that these risks may result in personal injury, property damage, illness, or even death.

REPRESENTATION OF FITNESS

By booking this event, I confirm that I:

  • Am physically and mentally fit to participate in the RX4 Activities.

  • Do not have any medical condition that interferes with my ability to safely participate, such as heart disease, epilepsy, kidney failure, or serious asthma.

  • Am not pregnant or otherwise at risk due to excessive body temperatures.

  • Am not under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medications that may impair my abilities.

 

ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK

I agree that:

  • I am solely responsible for my own safety and personal property.

  • My participation in the RX4 Activities is voluntary, and I may refuse or stop participating at any time.

  • I assume all risks and responsibility for any injury, illness, or property damage that may occur, except in cases of greater-than-ordinary negligence under UK law.

 

WAIVER AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY

I, for myself and my representatives, heirs, and next of kin, waive, release, and discharge RX4LAKES Limited ("RX4") and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, and actions arising from participation in the RX4 Activities, except where such liability results from greater-than-ordinary negligence under UK law.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless RX4 and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, costs, or damages resulting from my participation in the RX4 Activities.

 

CONSENT TO MEDICAL TREATMENT

In the event of an emergency, I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary by qualified personnel. I understand that RX4 is not responsible for medical expenses incurred.

 

MARKETING CONSENT

I grant permission for RX4 and its representatives to take photographs or videos of me during activities and to use these materials for lawful purposes, including marketing, publicity, and online content. This may include use with or without my name.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
